Policy on Plagiarism

Our journal strictly prohibits any unethical behaviour involving copying or plagiarism in any shape or form. Plagiarism is identified when substantial parts of a manuscript are replicated from previously published works without appropriate acknowledgment. All manuscripts submitted for consideration are subjected to rigorous plagiarism detection using tools like Plagiarism Checker X.

Plagiarism involves the improper use of another individual's prior ideas, processes, findings, or wording without proper credit to the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author reuses significant sections of their own earlier published material without suitable citation. This may include submitting identical or slightly modified versions of the same manuscript to multiple journals.

Any manuscript found to contain plagiarism during the initial screening will be rejected outright and will not move forward in the publication process. If plagiarism is discovered post-publication, the Editor-in-Chief will conduct a formal investigation, potentially with the assistance of an appointed review committee.

Should the plagiarism exceed acceptable thresholds, the journal will inform the author’s affiliated organization, academic institution, or funding agency if applicable. A formal notice detailing the plagiarism will be published online, linked directly between the original source and the plagiarized article.

Furthermore, the plagiarized manuscript will bear clear markings on each page of its PDF version. Depending on the severity, the journal reserves the right to formally retract the article.
