Author Guidelines
Welcome to IJITMES. We appreciate your interest in submitting your research to our journal. To ensure a smooth submission process and maintain the high standards of our publication, please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Scope and Focus
IJITMES publishes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications across a wide range of disciplines [include specific areas of focus]. 2. Paper Preparation
2.1 General Requirements
All Paper must be written in English. Authors whose primary language is not English are encouraged to have their Paper professionally edited before submission.

2.3 Supplementary Materials
Authors may submit supplementary materials (e.g., data sets, videos, additional figures) that will be published online alongside the article. These should be clearly referenced in the Paper.
3. Submission Process
3.1 Online Submission
Paper must be submitted through our online submission system click here for sumit paper. Authors must create an account, complete the submission form, and upload the Paper and any supplementary files.
3.2 Peer Review Process
- Initial Screening: Submitted Paper are first evaluated by the editorial team for compliance with the journal’s scope and standards.
- Double-Blind Review: Paper that pass the initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review, ensuring the anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
- Revisions: Based on reviewers' feedback, authors may be required to revise their Paper. Revised Paper should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe.
- Final Decision: The editorial team makes the final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection based on the reviewers' recommendations.
4. Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: Authors must ensure their work is free from plagiarism. The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen submissions.
- Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest in their Paper.
- Ethical Approvals: Research involving human participants or animals must have obtained the necessary ethical approvals. Authors should include a statement of ethical approval in the Paper.
5. Post-Acceptance
5.1 Proofs
After acceptance, authors will receive page proofs for final approval. Authors must review the proofs carefully and return them within 10 days. Only minor corrections are allowed at this stage.
5.2 Publication Fees
IJITMES may charge a publication fee to cover the costs of open access, peer review, and production. Details of the fees and any applicable waivers are provided click here
5.3 Open Access
All articles published in IJITMES are open access, making them freely available to the global research community under the terms
